Instructions to Authors
SPECIAL NOTE FOR AUTHORS
As part of the ongoing restructuring of the Journal of Diversity Studies and our associated publications, we have implemented new editorial policies and workflow regulations. In this process, all manuscripts that have remained inactive or unresponsive for more than four (4) weeks after final acceptance have been closed in our system.
To proceed with publication, authors of these manuscripts may request reactivation under one of the following conditions:
- A complete new round of peer review by a minimum of two independent reviewers, or
- Re-evaluation and re-approval by the current Editorial Board.
Manuscripts will be reopened only upon receiving written confirmation from the authors agreeing to one of the options above.

Checklist Before Submission
All authors must ensure that the following requirements are met prior to submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Diversity Studies:

1. General Manuscript Requirements
- Carefully read the Instructions to Authors and refer to the Sample Manuscript.
- The title is clear and does not contain “&” or non-standard abbreviations.
- All author names follow the journal’s formatting rules.
- The corresponding author is clearly indicated.
- Full contact details of the corresponding author (email and affiliation address) are provided.
- Author affiliations are correct and consistently formatted.
- ORCID IDs are provided for all authors.
- A concise list of keywords (3–6) is included.
- Acknowledgements and funding information are added where applicable.
- The manuscript has been thoroughly checked for spelling, grammar, and clarity.

2. Tables and Figures
- All tables are correctly numbered and include descriptive titles.
- All figures are numbered sequentially and accompanied by clear captions.
- Figures, graphs, and photographs are high-resolution, sharp, and suitable for publication.

3. Copyright & Ethical Compliance
- A signed Copyright Form (PDF scan) is attached for each author.
- Conflict of interest statements are completed and signed.
- Ethical permissions (if applicable) are clearly stated in the manuscript.

4. References
- References strictly follow the journal’s reference style.
- All citations are accurate, properly formatted, and up to date.
